For some, the gym is the place to go. Others (not me) like the great outdoors, hiking and swimming and the like. Or it could be your basement, crushing it on your Peloton or home rig.
But sometimes having the equipment isn't enough.
You need a plan, and some help, and that's where I come in.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, with a track record of getting their clients results.
What I Do?
I take your preferred workout style, combine it with your availabile equipment, how often you'd like to workout, and my expertise, and I come up with a plan that's realistic and achiveable for you. Then we get there together.
Monthly Fitness Coaching - $200
Weekly workout planning, customized to your goals, workout style, and time availability.
Weekly video check-ins throughout the week to keep you on track.
A private web portal that you can use for accessing your workouts, watching how to videos, track your progress, chatting with me, and other nifty things.

Workouts designed for you either in your own home or in my home studio.
